En el area comûn se comparte una grande y preciosa alberca con area de chapoteadero rodeada de grandes palmeras, y rodeada de exhuberantes jardines . Toda el area cuenta con administradora, jardineros, 2 casetas con guardias de seguridad y camaras CCTV.
